· Full deposit refund is available if you withdraw within 14 days of the contract date.

· After 14 days, the deposit is non-refundable and a penalty of 10%–50% of the total amount applies depending on the cancellation timing relative to the wedding date.

· Force majeure cases (death, hospitalization, venue cancellation, natural disaster, etc.) are exempt from penalties with supporting documents.
