① A reservation is confirmed only when both the KRW 100,000 deposit has been paid and the reservation post on the RAUVFILM website (rauvfilm.com) has been completed.
② Even after notice that a date is available, that date may close without further notice until the deposit is paid and the reservation post is completed.
③ The shooting sequence is as follows.
· Bridal room shoot → Ceremony shoot → Commemorative (formal) photo shoot → Optional add-ons (reception · pyebaek)
④ An additional fee applies for a reception (2nd-part event) or pyebaek, and the end time differs by option.
⑤ Shooting begins at the bridal room one hour before the ceremony.
⑥ A pre-shoot confirmation contact is made 4–5 days before the shooting date.
⑦ The balance (excluding the deposit) must be paid no later than 2–3 days before the shooting date.
⑧ All footage files are delivered via the cloud.
⑨ Some footage is uploaded to RAUVFILM's SNS or website only after obtaining the customer's prior consent.
⑩ The shooting method may change depending on the shooting environment, and shooting may be limited in unforeseen situations not agreed upon in advance.
① The edited ceremony video is delivered within approximately 60–80 days from the shooting date.
② The original and edited videos are kept for 2 months from the final delivery date, after which they are deleted without separate notice.
③ One revision of the delivered edited video is provided free of charge. Additional revision requests incur a separate fee.
④ Please download delivered files immediately upon receipt. We are not responsible for delays attributable to the customer.
⑤ All consultations and requests are handled through the RAUVFILM KakaoTalk consultation channel.
⑥ The delivery date may change due to internal circumstances, in which case we will provide advance notice.
⑦ Re-delivery is not possible after the original video has been deleted.
① The ceremony video service consists of the following three products. All prices include VAT.

② For shoots outside Seoul and Cheongju, a regional travel fee applies separately.
③ The basic shooting scope of all products is the bridal room, ceremony, and formal photo shoot; reception, pyebaek, and makeup-shop shoots are additional options.
① The following options may be added to the base product.

② When an option is added, its price is added to the total amount and is included in the basis for calculating penalties and damages.
③ Event discounts (pair discount, review event, website renewal discount, etc.) follow the criteria announced on the website.
① These Terms apply to the ceremony shooting service contract provided by 'RAUVFILM' (hereinafter 'the Company').
② Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall follow relevant laws and commercial practice.
③ If any content of these Terms is more unfavorable to the user than relevant law, that provision shall follow such law.
① The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.

| Total Amount | The sum of the product list price stated in the contract, the option prices included in the contract, and the travel fee. It is the total of the deposit and balance and serves as the basis for calculating penalties and damages. |
| Deposit | The amount prepaid by the customer upon contract conclusion; the base deposit is KRW 100,000. The deposit serves as a reservation guarantee to secure the shooting date and, if the contract is canceled due to the customer's fault, is applied toward part of the penalty. |
| Balance | The remaining amount after deducting the deposit from the total amount, payable no later than 2–3 days before the shooting date. |
| Shooting Date | The actual wedding (ceremony) day stated in the contract, on which the ceremony shooting service is performed. |
| Deliverables | All video files delivered to the customer after shooting, editing, and color grading. |

| Change of Mind | Cancellation of the contract due to the customer's personal circumstances without fault on the Company's part, including the reasons listed in Article 13 ③. |

In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, RAUVFILM establishes the following privacy policy to protect the personal information of data subjects and to promptly handle related grievances.
① The Company collects and processes personal information for the following purposes.
· Website reservation and customer management — confirming intent to reserve, identity verification, service provision, notices/notifications
· Provision of goods and services — sending contracts, delivering video files, providing content
· Grievance handling — verifying complainant identity, fact-finding, notifying of results
② Required personal information collected by the Company: name, mobile number, email, reserver's name, names of the wedding parties (bride and groom), and ceremony-related information.
① The Company retains personal information for the following periods.
· Website reservation posts and customer management: 4 years from the contract date
· Records related to service provision: until service provision and settlement are complete
· Records of contracts, withdrawal of subscription, and payment under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce: 5 years
· Records of consumer complaints and dispute handling under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce: 3 years
② After the retention period, information is permanently deleted in an unrecoverable manner.
① The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without the data subject's consent.
② For service provision by a partner (e.g., Leumegraphy), information is provided to the minimum extent after prior consent.
· Items provided: wedding parties' names, mobile number, email, ceremony-related information / Retention: up to 3 years after the partner service is completed
① The data subject may request to access, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of their personal information.
② Such rights may be exercised in writing, by phone, or by email, and the Company will take action without delay.
① The customer may request a change of the wedding date; whether the change is possible is determined after the Company checks its schedule.
② A request to change the wedding date must be submitted in writing through the RAUVFILM KakaoTalk consultation channel, and the change is finalized upon the Company's written confirmation.
③ The changed wedding date is regarded as a new shooting date, and the existing contract terms are carried over as is.
④ If the time of the change request falls within a penalty period under Article 14 ① relative to the original shooting date, the penalty for that period applies first, and a new contract is deemed concluded for the remaining amount.
⑤ Date changes are limited to once; for a second or further change, the penalty criteria in ④ apply again.
⑥ If the Company cannot accommodate the requested date due to its schedule, the customer may cancel the contract under the penalty criteria of Article 14 or reschedule to another mutually agreed date.
① Upon occurrence of the following, the Company may invalidate the reservation after notifying the customer through the RAUVFILM KakaoTalk consultation channel.
· The contract was falsely completed, or required information was not sufficiently provided
· The deposit was not paid within 3 business days from the contract date
① The customer may withdraw the subscription without penalty within 14 days from the contract conclusion date. Upon withdrawal, the deposit is refunded in full.
② The starting point of the withdrawal right is calculated from the contract conclusion date, not the service start date.
③ If the period between the contract date and the shooting date is within 14 days, withdrawal is not possible because service provision is imminent. In this case, the penalty provisions of Article 14 apply.
① For cancellation due to the customer's fault after 14 days from the contract conclusion date, a penalty applies according to the following criteria.

※ The total amount is the sum of the product list price, the option prices included in the contract, and the travel fee.
② If the Company fails to perform the contract due to its own fault, it shall pay 1.5 times the total amount stated in the contract as compensation.
③ The following are deemed a change of mind, and the penalty in ① applies.
· Switching to another company
· Change in budget circumstances
· Change in work/job schedule
· Change or postponement of the wedding due to a unilateral change of mind by one party (except where it constitutes force majeure under Article 14 ④)
④ For the following reasons, the contract may be canceled without penalty or transferred to a third party upon submission of supporting documents.

※ As a rule, supporting documents must be submitted within 7 days of the cancellation request.
① If deliverables are lost due to the Company's fault, compensation is made as follows based on the actual range of lost footage.

※ In case of total loss due to force majeure, a full refund of the deposit received is the rule.
② The Company doubly protects data through dual storage by copying memory cards on the shooting day, hard-disk copy and cloud backup within 24 hours, and original retention for 6 months after delivery.
③ Quality issues arising from the customer's change of mind, weather conditions, interference by venue staff, or matters not disclosed by the customer are excluded from compensation.
① Absent a separate agreement, the following default standards apply.

※ Matters separately specified in the contract take precedence over the above standards.
① The copyright of the deliverables belongs to the Company.
② The customer is granted a license for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use constitutes a violation of copyright law.
③ The portrait rights of all persons appearing in the deliverables belong to the bride and groom.
④ If the Company wishes to use the deliverables for promotional purposes, it must obtain the customer's written consent.
① Both contracting parties shall not disclose the contents of the contract and related information to any third party.
② If a breach of this article causes damage to the other party, the breaching party bears legal responsibility.
① The customer must raise any objection in writing through the RAUVFILM KakaoTalk consultation channel within 14 days from the date of receiving the deliverables. If no objection is raised within the deadline, the deliverables are deemed accepted.
② When raising an objection, the customer must specify concrete items and reasons based on the quality standards table in Article 16 ①. Emotional dissatisfaction based on personal preferences such as style, mood, or color does not constitute grounds for compensation or refund.
① The customer may not request shooting setups, editing styles, delivery formats, additional videos, etc. that are not specified in the contract.
② If the contract is changed at the customer's request after conclusion, the changes take effect only by written agreement through the KakaoTalk consultation channel. Verbal agreements are not recognized.
③ If the customer compels shooting, travel, or standby beyond the contract scope on the shooting day, the Company may refuse the request, and this is not deemed the Company's fault.
① In the event of a dispute, the customer shall, as a rule, first conduct a 7-day internal consultation through the RAUVFILM KakaoTalk consultation channel before using external bodies (Korea Fair Trade Commission, Korea Consumer Agency, courts, etc.).
② If false facts are spread online (SNS, portal reviews, communities, etc.) without prior consultation or during consultation, the Company may claim damages for defamation and obstruction of business under the Network Act and the Civil Act.
③ Expression of opinions consistent with the facts is not subject to the restrictions of this article.
① If the director fails to appear at the venue on the shooting day for reasons other than force majeure such as natural disasters or accidents, the Company shall immediately refund the full amount received and pay 1.5 times the total amount stated in the contract as compensation.
② To prevent a director's absence, the Company makes a confirmation contact with the customer 4–5 days before the shooting date, and if unavoidable circumstances arise, immediately notifies the customer and takes the best measures, such as arranging a substitute director.
① Disputes related to the contract shall, as a rule, be resolved first through mutual consultation.
② If consultation fails, the customer may apply to the Korea Consumer Agency for damage relief or dispute mediation.
③ If a lawsuit is filed, the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
